New Life Christian Academy School of the Arts was
birthed in 2002 by visionary and Pastor of New Life Fellowship Center, Pastor
John P. Kee. In our first year we enrolled 27 students. Initially our grades
ranged from Pre-K through the second grade. Our second year we enrolled 72
students increasing through the 6th grade. Now in 2004 we are beginning to
embark on our 3rd school year and advancing to the 12th grade. We are excited
about our growth in such a short length of time. |

New Life Christian Academy is founded on the
premise of Christianity. It is governed by strict disciplinary and Christian
precepts, which include but are not limited to affirmations of our belief in
the Bible as the absolute word of God. We believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord
and Savior and the active power of the Holy Spirit is evident in our lives. |

Proverbs 22:6 teaches us to train up a child in
the way that he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.
Students are not miniature adults, but children who need to be directed in the
right way. It is a basic need for students to be disciplined and corrected.
They also need well defined boundaries for their behavior. The staff at New
Life Christian Academy believes in high academic standards that must be upheld
and respected by students as well as parents. |

"Listen, my son , to your father's instruction and do not
forsake your mother's teachings. They will be a garland to grace your head and
a chain to adorn your neck" (Proverbs 1:8-9). God's expectation is for parents
to be teachers of their children, so that our children will be blessed. If our
children are blessed so too will their seed be blessed. To bring God's promise
to life, parents must take an affirmative step towards their children's
education. Parental support of the student and New Life Christian Academy is
essential to the fundamental success of the student. Parental involvement is an
integral component to the educational experience at New Life Christian Academy. |
